Decades of FBI/DOJ Public Corruption Crimes involving Election Fraud, with Democrats, and Law Enforcement Officials, with the criminal abuse of their legal authority to cover up those crimes, has now crossed multiple RED LINES, into areas that the Law, millions of citizens, and this reporter, calls TREASON.
"In law, treason is the crime that covers some of the more extreme acts against one's nation. In many nations, it is also often considered treason to attempt, or conspire to overthrow the government, even if no foreign country is aiding or involved, by such an endeavor."
There is a pervasive criminal legal double standard operating in Government that is used to cover up the crimes of the elected elite, that control the flow of money to the Public Unions, including Law Enforcement. A corrupt system that adversely impacts all non-Law Enforcement citizens. This obvious Public Corruption is currently being used by racist anti-Police individuals and groups , like Black Lives Matter, and others, as an excuse to Murder honest Police Officers. A political public corruption system of privilege, money and power, that drives the violence, and links Law Enforcement's conduct, to those same Police Murders. This legal double standard has nothing to do with racism. It is controlled by whether or not the criminals wear badges, or if they are Elected Officials financially dependent on the Unions, for money, and endorsements.
A Treason conspiracy that could not have been accomplished without the criminal involvement of the Major News Media Organizations
The 7-5-16 FBI Director Comey statements on the "CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION", of Hillary Clinton (HRC), conspiring with her staff, the State Department, the Democratic National Committee, the Clinton Foundation, and every other corrupt politician in sight, were finally delivered to the Nation. Statements that left every honest citizen shocked, and angry, at the obvious corruption, and cover up.
An eight page statement that clearly described criminal conduct, on multiple levels, involving the illegal storage, handling, use, and distribution of classified National Security documents. A felony criminal conspiracy, that included HRC's documented perjury in front of Congress, followed by a second well documented conspiracy to destroy the e-mail evidence, when caught. All of it in violation of existing court orders and subpoenas. Written evidence and conduct that honest prosecutors dream about for successful prosecutions, and the FBI/DOJ gives HRC a full pass on prosecution. Once again, the FBI/DOJ, it Agents and Prosecutors conspired to cover up the corruption of Democrats, just months before another national election.
In 2012 the FBI/DOJ, Hillary Clinton, Barak Obama, Ambassador Rice, and the majority of democrats in sight, lied about, and obstructed justice in the September 11th Benghazi murders, with very obvious motives, to manipulate votes in the upcoming November 2012 re-election of President Barak Obama. A clear, well documented public corruption conspiracy, at all level of the Obama Administration, organized and executed, to seize, and maintain control of the government of the United States, for personal, political, and financial benefit.
Even the IRS was criminally involved, and illegally using their oversight powers to attack, and limit the involvement of any PAC's with money, that could obstruct the ongoing Democrat Administration Election fraud to maintain power. The FBI/DOJ knew about the corruption, and had enough hard evidence to put dozens of Democrats in Prison, including the President. However, Law Enforcement Agencies, and their Union Staffs, looked the other way as usual, because Democrats were running the conspiracy to seize power, and the records show they keep the unions well paid for that protection.
The 2016 releases of FBI documents, and Wikileaks Clinton Campaign e-mails have once again tied that Treason Conspiracy to the President. Those documents make it clear that Obama knew about the Clinton illegal private e-mail server, as he repeatedly lied to the American Public, while using an alias name, to hide his now illegal communications with Hillary Clinton, over that illegal server. An illegal server, loaded with Classified Documents, that the FBI now says was hacked by at least five (5) foreign nations. A criminal conspiracy that endangered the National Security, that was designed and operated, like the Benghazi Conspiracy, and other Democrat/DOJ/FBI Election Fraud conspiracies, to illegally manipulate elections and votes, to seize control of the government.
The Law calls this Treason.
A black President with a clear bias that has been repeatedly demonstrated in public, against America, it religions, it's non-black citizens, and it's white Police Officers. Statements and positions that aided and abetted black riots, that have cost the lives of American Citizens, and hundreds of millions in property damages. Public Corruption crimes, and it's systematic cover up, on a scale that has not been seen since the corruption of Hillary Clinton's husband Bill Clinton, and Richard Nixon.
As in the Hillary Clinton conspiracy, due to their political positions of power, the FBI/DOJ conspired to look the other way, aiding and abetting the Bill Clinton and Richard Nixon criminal corruption, with the age old self serving lie, it is in the best interest of the Country. All observable evidence clearly shows that nothing has changed in the FBI and DOJ public corruption history in the the past 50 years, except their pay and benefit levels have dramatically increased on a regular basis.
THE FBI CLINTON TREASON CONSPIRACY
In September 2016 the U.S. Congress House Judiciary Committee demanded that Director Comey appear before them, under oath, to explain the conduct of the FBI and it's agents, in the Hillary Clinton Democrat conspiracy to seize control of the U.S. Government. Comey stated "You can call us wrong, but don’t call us weasels. We are not weasels,”
Unfortunately for Comey, the word "WEASELS", does not even begin to describe the extensive documented criminal conduct history of the FBI, it's Agents, the DOJ, and many others, over the past decades involving Election Fraud and Democrats. The Law has a different word for people that conspire with a political party to seize control of a government through corruption of Elections, and it's cover up. We call those people "Traitors"
An FBI/DOJ documented history of Election Fraud Criminal conspiracies linked by money to Democrats and foreign donors, Sex Predator Elected Officials, and Sex Predator Law Enforcement Officials, with dozens of female sexual assault victims, literally dumped in a ditch by the FBI/DOJ, and other Law Enforcement Agencies, to protect the finances, and retirement benefits, of those same Law Enforcement Agencies, and their Unions. All while these same agencies conspired, in many cases by their silence, to let HRC, the DNC, and radical Democrats run a muck over the Law.
FBI reports forced into the public area in October, by Court ordered FOIA (Freedom Of Information Act) request, and the exposures of multiple FBI and Democrat Public Corruption Conspiracies, exposed in Wikileaks release of more than 20,000 democrat e-mails, tell a story of long term corruption directly involving the FBI/DOJ, the State Department, and many others.
According to FBI interview documents, State Department Official Patrick Kennedy, in early 2015, started a series of bribery offers to the FBI. Kennedy according to those FBI reports had repeatedly pressured FBI personnel to declassify e-mail evidence documents in the active Hillary Clinton criminal investigation, in exchange for the State Department increasing the number of high level, prestigious, FBI positions in State Department foreign embassies. Positions that are considered to be the icing on the cake in foreign assignments for the FBI and it's Agents.
Kennedy worked directly under State Department Secretary Hillary Clinton. Kennedy was also appointed to head up the Department investigation of the Benghazi Murders, while HRC, and the State Department conspired to hid and suppress all evidence documents and e-mail communications, from Congress investigations, and the Courts.
That is called felony criminal bribery, and with the exposure of those documents, the FBI/State Department spin doctors are working over time, once again, trying to say that felony crimes, are not really felony crimes. Some suggesting it was only one document, as if that makes a difference in felony bribery crimes. While others pushed the position that the bribery offers were rejected by the FBI, as if that makes a difference. The facts are, as usually, there were no arrest, no prosecutions, and the FBI is once again running for cover to hid it's corruption, and it's criminal conduct. Not to mention, what the LAW says is treasonous activities, with Hillary Clinton, her staff, the Democratic National Committee (DNC), and others.
The FBI/DOJ did not hesitate for a second, to arrest and prosecute a non-Public Agency person, for just offering a bribe to a public official, during the FBI/DOJ investigation and prosecution of Mexican billionaire Azano on Election Fraud Charges in San Diego, CA. Azano was illegally funneling money to the election campaigns of multiple Democrats, and Law Enforcement Officials in the 2012 San Diego Mayoral race, and the 2014 District Attorney election. All of the Democrats, and the District Attorney caught taking the money, were protected from arrest and investigation, while the Mexican billionaire and all of his non-Public Official co-conspirators were prosecuted, and convicted.
All with FBI documents linking the FBI, it's agents, and ongoing task force investigations directly to the cover up of the crimes.
One of the results of that 2012 FBI/DOJ Election Fraud conspiracy in San Diego was a Sex Predator former Democrat Congressman, named Bob Filner, with decades of suppressed sexual assault complaints, under the watch of the FBI, was elected Mayor. Six months later Filner was forced to resign, and was convicted, leaving the citizens of San Diego with tens of million of dollars in legal cost, and settlement cost, to his victims.
All as a direct result of the FBI and DOJ covering up Filner's sexual assaults for years as a Democrat Congressman, not to mention his long term involvement with the Mexican Billionaire Azano, years before the Mayoral Election Fraud. Filner was lucky he was running against DA Bonnie Dumanis for Mayor. She was under a high priority protection plan, from the FBI and DOJ, due to previous election fraud crimes with Police and Firefighter Unions, that were also protected by the FBI and DOJ, while the Oceanside, Ca. citizens were defrauded of millions.
In July of 2015, just 3 days before Hillary Clinton is scheduled to be interrogated by the FBI, in their active criminal investigation, regarding HRC's conspiracy to undermine National Security, and destroy the written evidence, in violation of multiple court orders, HRC's husband, former President Bill Clinton, secretly meets with Attorney General Loretta Lynch, in the middle of the Arizona desert.
Multiple FBI & News sources have now confirmed that Bill Clinton was also under FBI criminal investigation, with his wife Hillary, for Pay To Play corruption in the Clinton Foundation operations. A so called charitable organization that operates more like a huge political money laundering, and slush fund organization, for the personal use of the Clinton's, and their co-conspirators, as opposed to a charity. A charity where tax records disclosed that only about six (6) percent of donations actually go to charity.
Wikileaks Clinton Campaign documents have also disclosed that high level DOJ personnel have been secretly providing DOJ/FBI investigation information to the Clinton Campaign, while CNN and other News Groups were also secretly passing advanced debate questions information to Hillary Clinton's Campaign. All with an obvious motive to manipulate the Debates in favor of Hillary Clinton. Clear criminal conduct designed and operated to manipulate elections in violation of the Law, and there have been no arrest, no evidence of investigations, and no accountability as usual.
Two planes, protected by the FBI, and the Secret Service, reportedly just happen to be in a secure protected area of the Phoenix Airport, 75 yards apart, on the same day, at the same time, and they claim they were all surprised, including the FBI and the Secret Service.
Two planes that only fly, and land, in areas with restricted air space, with full long range vetting by the FBI and the Secret Service, and former President Clinton, and primary suspect in active FBI investigations, meeting with U.S. Attorney General Lynch. The story line is they just accidentally bumped into each other, on a secluded airport tarmac, and that one of the PRIMARY SUSPECTS and the LEAD PROSECUTOR in multiple investigations, claim they only discuss their grand children for 39 minutes. All just 3 days before Bill's wife, HRC, is protected from criminal prosecution, by Hillary's friend AG Lynch. A democrat AG with oversight on the FBI investigations, which are already on the record covering up the crimes of other Democrats nation wide. An AG with a public record promiss of continuing employment as AG, under a Hillary Administration.
FBI and DOJ sources, including evidence documents have also confirmed that AG Lynch and other high lever DOJ staff have been actively obstructing the FBI investigations of Bill and Hillary Clinton by blocking FBI access to Subpoenas, and Grand Jury panels, both of which are critical to any successful prosecution. All of which is felony criminal Obstruction of Justice.
This reporter has been a rated Helicopter Pilot for more than 35 years. All air travel by Senior Government VIP's, under the protection of the FBI and the Secret Service, is planned and vetted weeks, if not months in advance. Special FFA flight restriction have to be set up well in advance, to allow notifications to all commercial and private pilots operating in the area of a major commercial air hub like Phoenix, AZ. The suggestion that AG Lynch, Bill Clinton and their Security details did not know that Lynch and Clinton would be parked next to each other, on that day, at that time, is absurd. They both claim to be experienced attorneys, and that could be part of the problem based on this reporters investigations of hundreds of attorneys involved in Public Corruption Election Fraud in California, All of which involves Democrats, and Unions.
All evidence indicates this unethical, unprofessional, and illegal meeting between the FBI's primary suspect, Bill Clinton, and the Senior Prosecuting Attorney, was planned and executed to be secret. Major airports are among the most secure areas in the Nation, especially those areas for High Level Government VIP's. That is why Lynch and Clinton chose the Phoenix Airport for their meeting. The arrivals and departures of Government VIP's is closely guarded information. No one is allowed in, or near, special protected areas for the aircrafts of VIP's like Lynch and Clinton, and the FBI and the Secret Service make sure that security is respected.
The local reporter, that exposed this secret meeting made it clear, he received a tip from an undisclosed source. When the reporter arrived at the secured area, the FBI and Secret Service would not allow any photos or video by the reporter, confirming that the FBI and the Secret Service knew this was suppose to be a secret meeting, and they were doing everything they could to keep it that way, including obstructing the press.
Whoever gave the reporter the tip was obviously an insider, that knew about the meeting and that the meeting was intended to be secret. He or She, also knew about the Public Corruption issues associated with such a meeting. The most likely tipster, is an honest FBI, or Secret Service Agent.
The FBI then claims they interrogated the primary suspect HRC , another Democrat that is running for President, in a major criminal investigation. However, there are no visual or audio recording, or transcripts, and no sworn oath, from Hillary Clinton. No oath from a person with a documented history of perjury under oath, and extensive evidence of being a pathological liar. All of which the FBI has know about for years. All of which violates all FBI protocols for criminal investigations, in a Law Enforcement Agency who's primary legal mandates are the investigation, and prosecution, of Public Corruption Crimes. Once again, as in previous DOJ/FBI Democrat Election Fraud Conspiracies, all the electronic evidence disappears.
FBI reports on the HRC criminal investigation also reveled that all potential HRC Staff, and employee co-conspirator suspects, with first hand knowledge, that could testify against HRC were given immunity deals, before Director Comey announced there would be no prosecution of HRC. This former Police Officer Reporter knows that potential co-conspirators of any type, are never given immunity deal, UNLESS THEY HAVE CRITICAL EVIDENCE THAT CAN BE USED AGAINST THE PRIMARY CONSPIRATOR, Hillary Clinton. The FBI was passing out immunity deals like Birthday Cake, apparently to make sure that any future investigations of HRC would immediately hit a wall of immunity deals, making it almost impossible to prosecute HRC, on other related crimes.
This appears to have been done to make sure this FBI/DOJ Treason criminal conspiracy was protected in the future, if Donald Trump were elected, and followed through with his promises to fully investigate the HRC corruption. The FBI also reportedly agreed to destroy all computers, and the evidence on their hard drives, that belong to the potential co-conspirators, which is never done in investigations. Especially where the FBI Director says they don't CURRENTLY have enough evidence to prosecute. Once again that FBI criminal double standard of law, for special people with Democrat political influence, surfaces in investigations.
FBI leaks, have now disclosed that the computers were not destroyed as reported. They are reportedly still in the New York FBI Offices. This informations was only leaked to the public, reportedly from FBI sources following Comey's shutdown of the criminal investigations, with multiple reports of a major uprising inside the FBI, by rank and file FBI Agents.
To add pure insult to injury, on October 4, in a typical Friday afternoon dump of State Department Clinton e-mail evidence documents, which only occurred due to a Court Order, the Clinton National Security Conspiracy expanded again. State Department Clinton e-mails disclosed, that when HRC was away from home, and that Secret e-mail Server, Hillary once again, in violation of the law, used her House Keeper Maid Maria Santos, to retrieve, copy and distribute classified documents, from that secret illegal server. HRC e-mails instructed Santos to access the secret server on multiple occasions. A Maid with no security clearances, reportedly from the Philippines, with little to no current information on her background. All of which is criminal conduct for anyone, including the Secretary of State.
Two days later FBI Directory Comey, once again goes public, stating the 65,000 e-mails on the Abadin computer have been reviewed, verifying the presence of classified materials, however, there is nothing new, so the FBI investigation is once again off, just two days before a nationl election involving Hillary Clinton. It took a year for the FBI to review a reported 60,000 Clinton e-mails, many of which had been intentionally destroyed by Clinton to obstruct the FBI investigation, in vilation of Court Orders. Suddenly, with DOJ AG Loretta Lynch, co-conspirator to Bill and Hillary Clinton, breathing down the back of the neck of Comey, ten times as many e-mail records are mystically reviewed in eight (8) days.
Comey later testifies, under oath, that Lynch had ordered him to NOT call the HRC crimial investigation, an investigation, but should refer to the investigations as "A MATTER".
HUMA ABEDIN - ANTHONY WEINER LOOSE END - MISSED FOR A YEAR THE FBI SAYS
The Abadin computer investigation was activated on Friday, October 28, after months of highly critical condemnation of Comey, and the FBI, for giving HRC a pass on criminal prosecution, and numerous news reports of an internal FBI rank and file near riot, over HRC getting a pass. A pass where Director Comey, laid out detailed evidence of criminal conduct by HRC, and then basically says OOOPS, we missed a lot of evidence, and the Hillary Clinton Criminal Investigation is being reopened.
Comey issues a short letter to give notice to a number of Democrat and Republican Congressional Committees, just 11 days before the National Election. A letter that immediately turned Democrat Comey lovers, into aggressive rabid Comey haters, as the Wikileak flood of written evidence e-mails from Clinton Campaign Manager Podesta, hits the news media daily. E-mails that clearly describe criminal conspiracies between the Clinton Campaign, the State Department, the DNC, and others to manipulate and falsify the National Election, in favor of HRC.
Within hours of Comey's public notice, Hillary Clinton supporter, AG Lynch is condemning Comey for reopening the HRC criminal investigation, regardless of new evidence. Lynch reportedly stated Comey is violating multiple FBI protocols. It is also confirmed by multiple media sources that Lynch has been promised the Attorney General position by HRC, if she is elected to the Presidency. Lynch obviously wants to keep her influential, and lucrative job, and does not want the FBI interfering with her political goals on HRC's coat tails. This from an Attorney General, that all evidence indicates is conspiring with the two primary suspects, Bill and Hillary Clinton, to obstruct justice in their FBI Investigations. The perfect example of another HRC Pay to Play operations.
It is now claimed, that in the extensive, long term, detailed, professional FBI Investigation, searching for all of the e-mail evidence of National Security violations, conspiracy, Obstruction of Justice, etc., involving HRC, her Staff, her closest advisors, The State Department, etc., that the FBI missed one of the most obvious sources of HRC e-mails.
That source is HRC's right hand, primary advisor Huma Abedin, wife of long term highly publicized SEXTECTING Former Congressman Anthony Weiner. Apparently no one in the FBI Investigation of HRC thought about subpoenas for Abedin's personal home computers, or she lied about their existence.
The closest, most confidential, long term advisor, and companion to HRC, and the FBI investigators apparently ignore Abedin's home computers. An interpretation that is supported by the fact that weeks have passed since the discovery of the computer, loaded with Clinton Investigation e-mails, and Huma Abedin has not been arrested.
Thank God for unintended consequences, and the ever present loose ends, involving work by to many Law Enforcement Government employees, with political agendas. Sextexting hubby Anthony Weiner got arrested by the FBI for reportedly Sextexting again, this time with a fifteen year girl. Abedin's computer, now in Weiner's possession, is seized as evidence in that criminal investigation. Those Abedin computer/s originally reportedly contained approximately 10,000 e-mail. E-mails that were the basis for Director Comey reopening the HRC criminal investigation. That number has now been expanded to a reported 650,000 e-mails.
A Chinese fire drill of FBI Investigations, that raises even more questions about the criminality of the FBI/DOJ, and or, it competence. How did the FBI/DOJ HRC teams miss the Abedin computers in the first place? Any competent investigator knows, in a criminal investigation, especially involving National Security, and the handling of classified documents on illegal computers, you always look to the people closest to the primary suspect, and their computers. Huma Abedin was that primary potential co-conspirator. Or is this just more hard evidence, of more criminal conspiracy between the FBI, DOJ, and Democrats, to falsify elections for profit.
Why did it take so long for the FBI Weiner investigation team to report the thousands of Huma Abedin e-mails, that were related to the HRC criminal investigation. The HRC e-mail FBI investigation, involving Abedin, wife of Weiner, has been front page news for more than a year. However, no one in the FBI investigation of Abedin's Sextexting Hubby, that is reviewing all of those e-mails on Weiner's computer, looking for e-mail evidence to prosecute Weiner, even thinks about contacting fellow Agents in the FBI HRC investigation. Or was that information once again suppressed by the FBI/DOJ, until some of the honest rank and file Agents threatened to blow the whistle, forcing Comey to reopen the investigation?
Another potential reason for the sudden reopening of the HRC criminal investigation, is the reported filing of a law suit against the FBI, by Judicial Watch, on the same day, as the Comey press release. That law suit would have subpoenas for all records and documents related to the FBI HRC investigation. Subpoenas that could put large numbers of Democrats, FBI/DOJ personnel, and political and financial supporters in Prison. That is if this country was really a Rule Of Law Country.
EXTENDED FBI/DOJ CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES RELATED TO TREASON AND ELECTION FRAUD
More importantly, the FBI/DOJ criminal activities in Election Fraud, related to protection of Democrats, and Law Enforcement Officials, is not limited to just National Election Fraud, and vote manipulations. The extensive documented public records clearly shows that any, and all felony crimes committed by Democrat Officials, Law Enforcement Officials, or Law Enforcement Personnel, that could jeopardize Democrat and Public Union Election Fraud conspiracies, is immediately brought under the protection of the FBI and the DOJ. A few of those protected Democrat, and Law Enforcement Public Corruption conspiracies are as follow:
In 2008 the Oceanside, CA. Police and Firefighters planned, financed, and executed and election fraud conspiracy, involving the Mayor and City Council members, with motives of removing, and replacing elected officials through open fraud, to obtain new union contracts with expanded pay and benefits. An election fraud verified by the State FPPC, with documentation forwarded to the District Attorney's Office for prosecution.
All of which the FBI and it's agents knew about, with extensive public record evidence, while suppressing all complaints, and investigations. Expanded GTI News investigations explained why.
The same Public and private Unions financing the Police and Firefighter election fraud, were also financing the election campaigns of California Democrat Governor Jerry Brown, and California Democrat AG Kamala Harris, while the Attorney Generals Offices suppressed all complaints and investigations at the State level, of the Police and Firefighter election fraud, and hundreds of other felony crimes. All of which the FBI and DOJ knew about, with public record evidence, while suppressing all complaints and investigations that would put Democrats and Law Enforcement personnel in prison for years.
The San Diego DA's Office, like the FBI and DOJ, were also providing criminal cover for the Police and Firefighter election fraud for hundreds of reasons. All of which involved Oceanside Police Officers conspiring with multiple DA Prosecutors, Superior Court Judges, Police Defense Organizations, and others, to tamper with evidence in hundreds of corrupted prosecutions.
Prosecutions involving innocent citizens, Sex predator Prosecutors, and dozens of female victims of sexual assault by Elected Democrats, DA Prosecutors, and San Diego Police Officers. The DA's Office was even conspiring to keep an innocent woman, convicted of Murder, in prison to protect the finances of the DA's Office, and the future run for Mayor by DA Bonnie Dumanis,. An FBI/DOJ criminal cover up that lead directly to an even larger FBI/DOJ election Fraud conspiracy involving multiple Democrats, and multiple elections in 2012 and 2014.
All of these FBI/DOJ criminal conspiracy operations with Democrats, and more, have been in operation for more than a decade, and all of them are directly related to falsification and manipulation of Elections, for Personal, Financial, and Political benefit, of the Public Unions, and the Corrupt Democrats, and Law Enforcement Officials, those Unions finance.
