Investigative Photo Journalist, Former Police Officer

As a citizen, former police officer, and an investigative photo journalist, I found myself in a unique position, when I discovered how extensive first responder public criminal corruption, and it's cover up was in Oceanside, San Diego, and Sacramento, California. As a former Police Officer, and Marine, I was not easily intimidated by threats, from corrupt cops, DA's, and elected officials, and even the FBI, to stop investigating, or else!
My years of experience as a litigation consultant, investigator, and expert witness provided unique knowledge of our legal systems, how they are suppose to work. As a victim, and citizen, I could file complaints with documentation, to build a public record, and then watch what the cops, DA's, and elected officials did, or did not do. As an experienced criminal and civil investigator, I knew what to look for, and where to find it. As a photojournalist, I had an obligation to report, and warn citizens.
