FBI THREATENS & WARNS GTI NEWS TO STOP REPORTING & STOP RECORDING FBI PUBLIC CORRUPTON COVER UP IN THE SAN DIEGO FIRST RESPONDER CONSPIRACIES
The February 25, 2013 release, and publication, of audio recording evidence files, from GTI News Photo's three year public corruption investigation, hit an exposed nerve in the FBI, from coast to coast. Audio recordings that directly tied multiple FBI agents to full knowledge, and cover up, of three years of massive first responder, district attorney, labor union, and elected official obstruction of justice, election fraud, conspiracy, and evidence tampering. County wide evidence tampering in criminal arrest and prosecution of innocent people. A history of law enforcement coordinated public corruption, and it's cover up that goes back at least eleven years, all of which is connected to the protection and expansion of union money, and all of it protected from investigation by the FBI.
GTI News Photo released the audio file publication notices at 11:25 am Pacific Time, with notices to every FBI office in the nation. At 3:13 pm, this reporter received a telephone call from a male individual, that identified himself as an FBI Agent. The man referred to this reporter by first name, and stated that this reporter needed to stop publishing on FBI public corruption. The caller refused to provide his name, when asked several times, or to state which FBI officer he was calling from. The unidentified caller stated that if this reporter had a complaint with an FBI agent, or the FBI agency, that this reporter should take that complaint with documentation, directly to a local FBI office in San Diego.
This reporter told the unidentified caller, that full documentation and multiple criminal complaints had already been filed with the San Diego, and Carlsbad, CA. FBI offices over a three year period. The caller was further advised, all complaints had been obstructed by the FBI, and buried, because all of the criminals were wearing badges. The caller was told that the investigation, and publication would continue. This reporter again asked for the callers name and FBI office location. The caller stated that his request were obviously not getting through to this reporter, and the man hung up.
Inspection of the caller ID info on GTI's phone disclosed a New York location, and a telephone number of 1-212-384-5000. The main listed number of the New York FBI is 1-212-384-1000. The 5000 extension number was called, and a male voice answered "FBI".
The male voice refused to provide a name, or identify himself as an agent of the FBI. A request to speak with the Duty Agent produced questions about the reason for the call. The unidentified man was told that this reporter had just received a phone call, from a man stating he was an FBI agent, and the caller had stated that this reporter should stop publishing on the FBI public corruption cover up in San Diego.
The unidentified man immediately started trying to convince this reporter, that someone was just pulling my leg, and if a real agent had called, he would have identified himself by name, even though the man making the statements would not identify himself. When the man was told that GTI's phone caller ID showed the number of the New York FBI office, the conversation dried up, and the man said, "please hold".
This reporter was transferred to a second male individual, who also would not provide a name. The second unidentified male immediately started telling this reporter how easy it was to fake caller ID info, and questioned why an agent would call this reporter in any case. This reporter was advised to just forget the call.
This reporter stated that only hours before the phone call came in to GTI News Bureau Office, a publication notice on FBI public corruption cover up, had been sent via e-mail to every FBI office in the nation, including the New York office. The news publication, followed by the phone call within hours, made the fake caller ID scenario highly unlikely. This reporter, once again, told the unidentified man that I wanted to talk to the duty agent, or anyone that would admit they were an FBI agent.
This reporters call was transferred to a third man, who identified himself as the Duty Agent in the New York FBI office, but this man also would not provide a name. Over the next 30 minutes the Duty Agent was given detailed information, on the phone call received from the New York FBI phone number, urging this reporter to stop news publications regarding the FBI, and it's cover up of mass evidence tampering, election fraud, and civil rights violations. The Duty Agent was also given the web address to GTI News Photo's INTERNET publication site.

The unidentified Duty Agent stated he would get the complaints, and information to the appropriate people, but he would not commit to a follow up with this reporter on the numerous complaints, and public record documentation given to the FBI, over the previous three year period. The Duty Agent also declined to contact this reporter and provide the name of the agent that called.
As the New York FBI office, just like the San Diego offices in the past, would not provide any means for future verification of the contact, and the filing of the complaint, this reporter followed the same protocol to document the complaint, as with many previous FBI contacts in the San Diego offices.
The following day, at approximately 12:00 noon, this reporter arrived at the reception area for the Carlsbad, Ca. FBI office. An audio recorder was activated, and the receptionist was advised this reporter wanted to talk with the Duty Agent, or Supervising Agent Gicking, or Agent Masters. The receptionist stated she would see if anyone would be willing to talk with this reporter. The unidentified female receptionist then asked why, this reporter wanted to talk to an FBI agent. She was advised it regarded my news group getting a call from an FBI agent trying to stop publication of articles on FBI corruption in the Carlsbad office(Audio Recording).
Approximately fifteen minutes later, Agent Drew Bedell entered the reception area. Bedell recognized this reporter from a previous criminal complaint contact on October 21, 2010. A twenty eight minute plus complaint contact that had been recorded on digital audio, and that FBI audio file was one of a series of audio files, that was published two days earlier. The same FBI audio tape publication, that had generated the phone call from the Unidentified Agent in the New York FBI office urging this reporter to stop publishing on FBI public corruption cover up.
Agent Bedell observed the recording device in this reporters hand, and immediately ordered this reporter to not record the contact. Bedell continued with the statement that audio recordings were not permitted in FBI offices. This reporter advised Bedell that there were no laws that prohibited the recording of audio in public building, including the FBI. Bedell was advised that one of the many things this reporter, had been trained to do as a police officer, was to record all public conversations when dealing with people that had demonstrated they could not be trusted to follow the law, and the FBI definitely meet that criteria.
Agent Bedell again stated that this reporter was not to record audio of the meeting, and if this reporter refused to comply, the Carlsbad Police would be contacted, and this reporter would be removed from the FBI offices. Bedell stated that if this reporter wanted to report any complaints to the FBI, we could go into the adjacent interview room, but the recorder was to remain off. To avoid further conflict, and to make sure the "New York FBI caller complaint" got filed in person, this reporter agreed, "under coercion" not to record the meeting.
This reporter had made multiple contacts at the Carlsbad FBI office, all of which were recorded, but this was the first time any of the agents wanted leave the reception area, and use an interview room. FBI office interview room are always wired for sound, and some even for video. It appears that Agent Bedell wanted an environment where audio or video records of meeting could be made, he just did not want this reporter making any more audio evidence recordings linking the FBI to large scale corruption cover up.
During the October 21, 2010 meeting this reporter gave Agent Bedell a series of detailed complaints, with extensive information on public record evidence to support the complaints. The meeting was recorded on digital audio. The complaints covered a wide range of long term first responder public corruption in San Diego County. Through out that meeting Agent Bedell had made every effort to shut down that meeting, and the criminal corruption information he was receiving. According to Agent Bedell's constant objections, excuses, and statements, neither he, his supervisor Agent Scott Gicking, or the FBI was interested in hearing about extensive first responder and District Attorney election fraud, evidence tampering, conspiracy, and obstruction of justice.

This reporter answered numerous questions, and gave Agent Bedell detailed information on the the phone call from the New York FBI agent, urging this reporter to stop publication on FBI corruption. This reporter also updated Agent Bedell on major expansions in the police and district attorney public corruption that had occurred since our meeting in October 2010.
Expanded first responder public corruption that had also been reported to Agent Andrew Masters on 2-20-12 and 3-6-12, and recorded for verification. Complaints with no arrest, and no evidence of FBI investigation for three years. Masters was told this reporter wanted an interview with Supervising Agent Gicking regarding the Carlsbad FBI office obstructing justice in first responder public corruption complaints. Agent Master questioned this reporters use of an audio recording device during our contact meeting, however, Masters did not order this reporter to stop, nor did he lie to this reporter about recording devices being prohibited in FBI offices. That obstruction only started after the publication of the recording, which included Agent Bedell's contact.

Audio Recordings Of FBI Andrew Masters Public Corruption Notifications & Complaints
The FBI has been given numerous complaints with extensive public record evidence documentation for more than three years on massive public corruption that goes back more than 10 years. There have been no arrest, and no evidence of any investigations. Many innocent citizens have gone to jail for crimes they did not commit to protect the corruption and its cover up. Hundreds of thousands of citizens have been criminally defrauded, of tens of millions of dollars, by their first responder police and firefighters, through public union election fraud, and conspiracy to obstruct justice.
Large numbers of Police Officers and District Attorney are conspiring to tamper with, and destroy evidence in criminal prosecutions and investigations, and the FBI is up to their necks in Criminal Conspiracy to cover it up. BECAUSE ALL OF THE CRIMINALS ARE WEARING BADGES.
There is one thing, that the three year investigation of the FBI has made very clear to this former police officer / reporter. The FBI does not want to hear about public corruption involving large numbers of law enforcement officers, district attorneys, influential elected officials, or their public unions. Even more obvious is the organized effort the FBI puts into avoiding citizen complaints, and any record of those complaints that can later be verified. That organized effort included coercion, and threats to silence anyone that does not keep quiet, and go away.
