***This series of articles will look at the public exposures of current public corruption operations in the DOJ/FBI that are a direct result of past criminal cover up conspiracies. How they expand with DOJ/FBI protection, and how they related to Political Bias, Public Unions, and the elected Democrat officials they finance or bribe.
THE LAW SAYS
THE FBI AND DOJ HAVE BEEN CRIMINALLY CONSPIRING FOR AT LEAST 8 YEARS, WITH CORRUPT POLICE AGENCIES, COUNTY DA & STATE PROSECUTORS, JUDGES, AND OTHER UNIONS, TO OBSTRUCT JUSTICE, FOR MONEY & MUTURAL PROTECTION, AND THERE IS NO ACCOUNTABILITY! CRIMINAL CORRUPTION THAT EXPANDS EVERY YEAR DUE TO THE DIRECT CRIMINAL CONDUCT OF THE DOJ/FBI AGENCIES
In 2014, four (4) years of extensive San Diego Police (SDPD) criminal Public Corruption, and it's very obvious police cover up, had become so public, the FBI's usual cover up obstruction of justice tactics were simply not adequate. The corruption was so bad, the outgoing police chief was requesting a full investigation of the PD. This did not sit well with an FBI/DOJ that had a well documented "Criminal Double Standard" for criminal investigations, controlled by whether or not the criminals were wearing badges.
The SDPD Police crimes were so outrageous, and extensive, that normally quiet public officials, were also pushing the FBI for a Federal investigation. A long term, well documented, FBI and law enforcement culture of suppressing criminal complaints and investigations, of law enforcement crimes in San Diego County, was falling apart at the seams. Multiple SDPD Cops were caught "RED HANDED" raping citizens on car stops, and stalking women on the job. Supervising Officers were running drug distribution rings as a second job, and that was only the beginning. All the evidence said that large numbers of their fellow officers had been looking the other way for a long time, and the SDPD's Internal Affairs Division was a criminal fraud, operated to suppress complaints, and investigations, of dirty cops.
Worst of all for the FBI and the DOJ, a normally passive news media, when it comes to first responder crimes, was aggressively investigating, and reporting, with a passion. Nothing like sex and drugs to get a biased GREEDY incompetent news community to investigate. Crimes so outrageous, and public, that the FBI knew that any of the usual false claims of "No Comment" on invisible FBI Police Corruption Investigations would only shift the the news media focus on sex, drugs, and dirty cops, onto the FBI/DOJ operations. A shift in focus to the FBI/DOJ, that the Bureau did not want, with a long term well documented history, of conspiring to cover up crimes of law enforcement officers and their agencies, in San Diego County. A history investigated and documented by GTI News over the previous eight (8) years. Every time a Cop, DA, Judge, or Elected Official crime was committed and covered up, it lead directly to FBI/DOJ's support, and more obstruction of justice.
THE FBI/DOJ SMOKE & MIRROR CRIMES IN THE SDPD CORRUPTION
The FBI/DOJ solution, to an out of control news media frenzy over dirty cops, sex, and drugs in the SDPD, was another shell game, that this reporter has watched the FBI play many times. Set up a very public "FAKE" investigation, with the participation of self-serving elements, like the San Diego Police Department, and supporting public agencies, and officials with mutual political, and financial interest. The public announcement of an investigation would support the FBI, and San Diego PD suppression of all information, due to the age old statement "AN ON GOING INVESTIGATION". The "fake investigation" would allow enough time for the news media frenzy to pass into history, and become old news. A News Media Alzheimer conditions of short attention spans that has aided and abetted more public corruption cover up than the number of Penal Code Sections violated. More importantly, a fake investigation would deflect any close look at the actual history, and motives of the FBI, it's agents, and the DOJ, that directly linked the Agencies to the cover up of wide spread law enforcement corruption in San Diego County, for many years.
Time has shown the FBI/DOJ plan worked like a fine watch. A few of the high profile dirty cops were arrested, prosecuted, and jailed, while all other SDPD Officers involved in covering up the crimes were never investigated, or mentioned again. The news media lost interest over the coming months, and none of the news groups looked at the FBI Agents, and their documented history of suppressing complaints and investigation of police corruption through out the County.
A year later in March of 2015, a colorful, flowery, 100 page report titled "CRITICAL RESPONSE TECHNICAL ASSESSMENT REVIEW" was issued. A report, that according to the authors, wasn't a report, with all of the same old generic recommendations for change, that have been seen in other so called police public corruption investigation reports. A report that all evidence indicates was only pushed by the FBI, as a diversion to suppress News Media coverage, and investigations. Even more obvious is the NON-REPORT contains no information on how and why the police corruption was perpetrated, and covered up for so many years, and no information on the San Diego Police Officers that looked the other way, and conspired to suppress complaints, and investigations of criminal conduct by fellow officers.
The now "REVIEW" report, was even farmed out to a group called the Police Executive Research Forum (PERF), composed of Police executive from large cities, like San Diego. The same type of people that have been actively covering up the suppression of complaints and investigations of criminal conduct by law enforcement officers for decades. PERF's first statement is the REVIEW is not a criminal investigation. PERF goes on to state that they are a research organization, and this type of review process has never been done before. The old Garbage In, Garbage Out approach.
So where is the promised FBI criminal investigations of wide spread felony crimes in the San Diego PD? That answer is also simple. It went into the same trash can, as all of the other FBI criminal conspiracies perpetrated in the past eight years, to cover up law enforcement crimes in San Diego County. All while the FBI buys more investigation smoke machines, and cheap mirrors like PERF, to hide the Bureau's reflection in their own Public Corruption world.
THE UGLY FACTS
The scary part of the FBI public corruption story in San Diego, is the SDPD's extensive felony criminal conduct history is only a small part of the hundreds of documented felony crimes committed, and covered up by Law Enforcement Officers, Local and State Prosecutors, Judges, and Elected Officials. A number of hundreds, that is very conservative, as this reporter was kept very busy investigating less than a dozen of the law enforcement agencies involved. The public corruption, and the unions money flow is linked to all aspects of the Justice System corruption. Law Enforcement Public Unions are the new organized crime families of the 21st century.
All of which have been actively protected from investigation by the FBI, and it's Agents. The vast majority of these corrupt Agencies, law enforcement unions, DA Prosecutors, Judges, and elected officials are financially, and politically connected to law enforcement union election frauds. Election fraud that maintains the flow of the unions money, to the same elected official, Judges, Attorney Generals, and Governor that supports the suppression of complaints and investigations of election fraud, and the cover up of wide spread law enforcement corruption.
In many cases, major news media organizations were directly conspiring with law enforcement unions, for cash payments, to manipulate elections and votes, and cover up the wide spread evidence tampering and public corruption crimes, of the agencies. Some News Agencies were even conspiring against each other to expand their access to union money and avoid bankruptcy. So it is no surprise to this reporter, how the publics distrust of law enforcement and the media, has grown with time.
The crimes, and the names of these public agency criminals, are published on this News Bureau web site, with the public record evidence. All of which was directly provided to the FBI, and it's Agents, over an eight year period, by this reporter. Eight years of searching for an honest cop or Agent, that would take, and investigate a felony complaint, against a dirty officer, dirty prosecutor, dirty judge, or dirty elected official. Eight years to find and track the money trails, and verify the criminal mutual protection system, that is operating in the U.S. Justice System, as a direct result of FBI public corruption. The same FBI whose primary mandate is to investigate Public Corruption.
More than fifty direct contacts, with law enforcement officers or officials were made during the eight year investigation. Many of which were recorded on audio devices. Hundreds of contacts that were either face to face, telephone, or e-mail were made with the FBI and it's Agents from San Diego County to Washington D.C. Not one (1) honest Cop or Agent was ever found during the eight year time period.
Not one law enforcement officer, prosecutor, judge, or FBI agent ever claimed the evidence, or criminal complaints, were false, or inaccurate. Not one Cop or Agent ever followed up on felony criminal complaints, with the names of Police Officers, local and state prosecutors, Superior Court Judges, and their union controlled elected officials. NOT ONE. However, many did threaten this reporter, including the FBI, with retaliation, if this former police officer reporter did not stop investigating, and reporting on public corruption. Even those complaints were suppressed by the FBI, and never heard from again.

Cops, Judges, and Prosecutor lawyers are well trained at hiding evidence, when they commit crimes.
The public only gets access to that world of corruption, when they make mistakes, and they have made a lot of mistakes in San Diego County. This series will detail the FBI's eight year criminal conspiracy in San Diego County, to cover up wide spread law enforcement crimes.
