San Diego Attorney Generals & DA's Conspire to Obstructs Justice In The Filing & Investigation Of Public Corruption Complaints

DA'S OFFICE PUSHES OFF COMPLAINTS TO ATTORNEY GENERAL

DDA-DAMON-MOSLEROn November 4, 2009, this reporter meet with Deputy District Attorney Damon Mosler, head of the San Diego DA's Special Operations Division to provide documentation, and file multiple criminal complaints against DDA Attorneys, Police Officers, and Elected Officials. The written complaints became necessary when all attempts to file oral notifications with the DA's Office were simply ignored, and buried without follow up.

The Special Operations division is the internal affairs department for the San Diego District Attorneys Office. It is specifically tasked with internal investigations. As the DA's office was resistant to the complaint filing process involving police officers, and Deputy District Attorneys, the complaint process was recorder on audio tape, to protect this reporter from false arrest and prosecution. The criminal complaint filings included the following.

As Reported By GTI News Photo

Election Fraud For Profit by Oceanside Police, Firemen, & Elected Officials
Massive Evidence Tampering by Officer Damon Smith & other John Doe officers
Evidence Tampering & False Prosecution of an innocent man by Officer Jon Domonique, DDA Daniel Rodriguez, & DDA Elizabeth Silva.
Conspiracy to assault and silence citizens who complain about public corruption, by Mayor Jim Wood & Oceanside Police Officers
State Financed Criminal Insurance Fraud of citizens by District Attorneys for profit.

Deputy District Attorney Damon Mosler stated that the District Attorneys Office could not investigate the complaints, as they involved their own DA's, and it would be a conflict of interest. A very obvious lie, to deflect the complaint filing process. DDA Mosler stated that the complaints involving District Attorneys should be taken to the San Diego Attorney Generals Office and given to Senior Assistant Attorney General Gary Schons. The complaint filing process was pushed forward by this reporter, and recorded on audio, to verify the notification of the DA's Office.

DDA Mosler was advised, he was well aware that a citizen could not just walk into the AG's office with this type of public corruption complaints, and the DA's office should forward the complaints. The suggestion was rejected. DDA Mosler had already been told of the extensive obstructions encountered with the Oceanside Police. DDA Mosler eventually provided the phone number of SAAG Gary Schons. DDA Mosler was requested to contact Schons, and give him a "heads up" on the complaints, to facilitate this reporters access. That suggestion was also rejected. Mosler made it clear the DA's Office did not want to hear about DDA public corruption.

SAN DIEGO ATTORNEY GENERAL OBSTRUCTION

SAAG-GARY-SCHONSOn November 5, 2009, as per DDA Mosler's recommendations, this reporter contacted Senior Assistant Attorney General Gary Schons by phone to request a meeting to report extensive public corruption in the San Diego County District Attorneys Office, the Oceanside Police & Fire Departments, and the Oceanside City Council. As soon as SAAG Schons heard that the call was about criminal complaints involving multiple Deputy District Attorneys and Police Officers, the conversation dried up. Mr. Schons refused to meet with this reporter, or to discuss the complaints on the phone. Schons stated that I should just drop him an e-mail. Mr. Schons was advised that there were several hundred pages of documentation, audio recordings, and previously filed criminal complaints that would not fit on an e-mail. SAAG Schons stated the documents should be mailed to his attention and ended the conversation.

A letter (AG SD_11-11-09 ) was drafted, with several hundred pages of documentation attached, which included the documentation provided to DDA Mosler, and a copy of the audio tape recording from the DDA Mosler complaint filing process. The documentation was shipped by United Parcel Service, signature required, to verify receipt of the documentation.

PUBLIC CORRUPTION DOCUMENT LIST

One week later a two (2) sentence response letter from Senior Assistant Attorney General Schons had been drafted, mailed, and received. Mr. Schons saw no reason to investigate election fraud, and evidence tampering involving the San Diego County District Attorneys Office, or the Oceanside Police and Fire Department. Hundreds of pages of public record documentation, recordings, and criminal complaints, that could not be investigated by twenty people in two months, including verified election fraud documents by the California Fair Political Practices Commission, were suppressed without investigation.

As this reporter expected, Senior Assistant Attorney General Gary W. Schons actively, and openly obstructed the filing and investigation of an extensive number of criminal complaints involving the Oceanside Police and Fire Departments, The San Diego County District Attorney's office, elected officials, and their political and financial supporters.

THE PUBLIC CORRUPTION BAIT & SWITCH

DDA Mosler had good reason to aggressively push off public corruption complaints to the AG's Office. Mosler already knew what kind of reception SAAG Schons would provide. DDA Mosler already had his hands full suppressing OPD police and DA evidence tampering investigations. Additional investigation after the November 2009 meeting disclosed that DDA Damon Mosler's Special Operations Division was suppressing investigations on four different evidence tampering cases involving the DA's staff, Oceanside Police Officers, and County Sheriffs. The evidence tampering cases connected at least eight years of organized evidence tampering cover up, and hundreds, if not thousands of corrupted criminal prosecutions.

OCEANSIDE OFFICER DAMON SMITH AUDIO TAPE EVIDENCE TAMPERING
DDA LAURA GUNN EVIDENCE TAMPERING & OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE
OCEANSIDE OFFICER JON DOMONIQUE & DDA DANIEL RODRIGUEZ EVIDENCE TAMPERING IN THE SHIELDS CASE & THE SHIPPEE CASE WHICH WAS ALSO CONNECTED TO DDA Elizabeth Silva
DA DUMANIS, DDA LAURA GUNN $20 MILLION DOLLAR EVIDENCE TAMPERING CONSPIRACY IN SOMMER MURDER PROSECUTION

In 2008 and 2009 the DA's office was also quietly fighting court motions, to stop a $20,000,000.00 law suit, which named DA Dumanis and DDA Laura Gunn for evidence tampering in the Cynthia Sommer Murder case. Evidence tampering that should have involved a criminal investigation of DA Dumanis and DDA Gunn by the Attorney Generals Office. DDA Gunn was quickly assigned to head up, and obstruct, the Officer Damon Smith evidence tampering investigation.

DDA-LAURA-GUNNDDA Gunn suppressed a witness to the involvement of other Oceanside Police officers in the eight years of evidence tampering by Officer Damon Smith. The investigation was quickly and quietly shut down, and Officer Smith protected from arrest to keep his mouth shut about the identity of the other police officers.

DDA Gunn was later quietly terminated to shut down a complaint of criminal conduct for the obstruction of justice. She had become a liability to DA Dumanis and the $20,000,000.00 Murder Case lawsuit.

It is not know at this time how much SAAG Schons and the San Diego AG's office knew about the $20,000,00.00 evidence tampering litigation, and it's impacts on the suppression and obstruction of other DA and Police evidence tampering investigations going back as far as 2001. There has never been any evidence, of any investigation, of public criminal corruption involving Oceanside Police Officers, Firemen, District Attorneys, or their public unions. SAAG Schons has consistently refused request for information and interviews.

All of these crimes are designated as "National Security Threats" by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and SAAG Schons and the California Attorney Generals Office is not interested in answering questions, and sees no reason to investigate anything. At the same time large amounts of money and police and firefighter support flowed from the public unions to the election campaigns of Attorney General Brown, now governor of California, as well as other democratic officials.
