FBI KNEW EVERYTHING & COVERED IT UP
JUDGE MAINO - JUDGE ENRIGHT - JUDGE PRESSMAN
The many years of Oceanside First Responder Union's (Police & Firefighter), and San Diego District Attorney criminal manipulation of elections, and cover up of wide spread evidence tampering in arrest, and prosecutions, is now linked to multiple San Diego County Superior Court Judges. Judges that conspired with District Attorneys (DA's), and Law Enforcement Officers, to cover up twelve (12) years of felony DA, and Police criminal conspiracies to obstruct justice. Conspiracies in evidence tampering, in arrest and court prosecutions, public union election fraud crimes, and crimes by other DA's and Police, to cover up still more Police and DA crimes. You need score cards to keep track of the dirty cops, DA's, and Judges.
First Responder Union Election fraud, financed and supported by the same unions, supporting the re-election campaigns of Superior Court Judges, and Attorney Generals, in the same election cycles, while the Judges protected the DA's, Police, and Firefighter Unions, from investigation and prosecution.
All of the court obstruction of justice involves the protection of Judges re-election campaigns, and the critical DA, Police, and Firefighter union support, and political endorsements. Law enforcement endorsement and support that every Superior Court Judge knows can determine, whether or not they get re-elected. No Judge, in his right mind, wants DA, Police, and Firefighter Unions, that have almost unlimited campaign finance resources, to oppose their re-election campaigns. Campaign resources that are supported by other public and private unions. First Responder, and Private Unions that have an established practice of character assassination, retaliation, and coercion of anyone that jeopardizes the flow of public money to their unions.
THE COURTS INVOLVEMENT IN PUBLIC CORRUPTION
In mid 2013 GTI News's continuing investigation of Oceanside Police Officers, and Deputy District Attorneys evidence tampering, covering up the crimes of other Oceanside Police Officers, and other DDA's, produced a number of public record documents. Documents that explained how, and why many crimes were covered up. An arrest warrant document from late 2009, signed by Superior Court Judge Runston Maino, directly linked him to a five year conspiracy with Oceanside Police, and San Diego DA's, to cover up the felony embezzlement crimes of Oceanside Police Sgt. Walter McWilson. When the McWilson cover up conspiracy by DA's and Oceanside PD Officers fell apart in 2010, Superior Court Judge Maino joined the conspiracy to cover up the crimes of OPD Investigator Mike Brown, DDA Anna Winn, and others, for obstructing justice in the Sgt. McWilson embezzlement investigation.

The Judge Maino cover up conspiracy was occurring, while Maino, and other Superior Court Judges, were covering up other OPD, DDA felony crimes. Conspiracies to obstruct justice in evidence tampering, and local first responder election fraud, that is directly connected to Judges re-election campaigns.
MORE JUDGE MAINO OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE SURFACES
The ink had barely dried on the above article, on the Judge Maino "McWilson" conspiracy, when new evidence surfaced, that linked Judge Maino to another Oceanside Police, and Deputy DA evidence tampering conspiracy, and it's cover up. Another OPD, DA cover up conspiracy occurring during the early stages of Judge Maino conspiring to obstruct justice in the OPD Sgt. McWilson embezzlement cover up.
A follow up contact with the victim of that on going conspiracy, Michael Shields, disclosed the involvement of Judge Maino, as the Judge in his case. Mr. Shields still has the emotional scars, and a heavy burden from the 2009-2010 false arrest, and false prosecution conspiracy. Mr. Shields stated he was always embarrassed when filling out job applications, that asked about arrest records, and then having to explain to skeptical people. Explanations that should not have been necessary if Cops, DA's and Judges followed the law.
In 2009 and early 2010, OPD Officer Jon Domonique, DDA Daniel Rodriguez, and others, were conspiring to jail, and prosecute an innocent man named Michael Shields, for felony crimes he did not commit, and that never existed in the first place. A prosecution carried out while the Oceanside Police, and San Diego DA's hid the man's arrest audio statement, that would eventually clear the man in court. A "Not Guilty" verdict reached after the jury heard the hidden audio recording, in front of Judge Runston Maino. Hidden audio evidence that miraculously appeared, when Shields, professing innocence, refused to plea bargain for less time in prison, and just before Officer Domonique was to take the stand under oath, to answer questions about the hidden audio evidence recording.

OCEANSIDE OFFICER JON DOMONIQUE, DDA DANIEL RODRIGUEZ EVIDENCE TAMPERING CONSPIRACY AND ITS COVER UP BY THE OPD AND DA'S OFFICE IN THE MICHAEL SHIELDS FALSE PROSECUTION
Judge Maino was the presiding Judge in March of 2010, in the Michael Shields prosecution, for Assault With A Deadly Weapon. DDA Daniel Rodriguez had been removed as the Prosecutor of Shields by the DA's Office, when DDA Rodriguez was caught hiding other audio tape evidence with County Sheriffs, in another corrupted Superior Court prosecution know as the Shippee Rape Kidnap Case.
Judge Maino knew the DA's and Police had hid audio evidence in the Shields case for more than a year, because of the numerous request for production of the audio statement, by Shields Attorneys. Production request occurring while the DA's and Police denied that any tape had ever existed. Judge Maino knew the OPD and DA's had conspired to obstruct justice in the Shields case, and he did nothing. At the same time Judge Miano was actively conspiring, with other OPD Officers and DDA's in the OPD SGT. Walter McWilson embezzlement conspiracy, and it's cover up.
Judge Maino spent a reported 16 years as a San Diego Deputy Distinct Attorney, in a DA's office with a long history of covering up crimes by DDA's, and local law enforcement. It is not know what kind of relationship exist between Judge Maino, DDA Winn and OPD former Detective, now DA Investigator Mike Brown, as Brown, Winn, and Maino are refusing all request for interviews, and the OPD and DA's Office is actively obstructing all complaints and investigations, in the Sgt. McWilson Conspiracy, as usual.
Judge Maino ran for re-election to the Superior Court, unopposed in 2012. Apparently the law enforcement, DA, and first responder unions like what they have. The Oceanside Police and Firefighters Election Fraud conspiracy was very public, and in full operation, during Judge Maino's 2010 cover up of the Sgt. McWilson embezzlement conspiracy, and the OPD Officer Domonique, DDA Rodriguez conspiracy to obstruct justice in Maino's court room.
The Oceanside Officer Damon Smith eight years of evidence tampering in North County Court criminal prosecutions, had just been exposed in the North County Courts in mid 2009, and quickly buried five months later by the DA's Office. A DA Police Obstruction of Justice conspiracy occurring within days of Maino signing the Oceanside Sgt. McWilson Arrest Warrant, and starting his cover up of those Police, and DA crimes.
Judge Maino was not the only Superior Court Judge in the North County Courts that knew about the wide spread San Diego DA, and Oceanside Police evidence tampering, and it's cover up, in the North County Superior Court cases, in early 2010.

The complaint and documentation was forwarded from Judge Pressman's Court, to Presiding Judge Kevin N. Enright, ANOTHER FORMER DEPUTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY, for response. One month later, on March 5, Judge Kevin Enright responded in writing with:
"it is outside the scope of my responsibilities as the Presiding Judge to take any action with respect to the issues you raise"

Superior Court Judges Pressman and Enright , in plain language with public record documentation, were told in February 2010, that....
1. ....Oceanside Police Officers had been audio recording criminal investigations secretly, for eight years (8), and hiding the recordings, from the North County Courts Prosecutions.
54 recordings were recovered by the DA's office from Officer Smith, and it is not know how many recording were erased, or destroyed during the eight year period. At least 54 Police reports and evidence logs were falsified to cover up the existence of the evidence recordings. That is more than one hundred counts of obstruction of justice in the Superior Courts, by just one OPD cop, and...

2. ....that the DA's Office and the Oceanside PD were actively suppressing all complaints and investigations, to cover up the wide spread DA and Police crimes (evidence tampering & eleciton fraud), directly involving the Superior Courts prosecutions, and.....

3. ....that DDA Laura Gunn, DA Dumanis, & the DA Special Operations Office (Internal Affairs), and the OPD Internal Affairs had not only suppressed all investigations they had also suppressed a court officer witness, to the involvement of other Oceanside Police Officers, in the eight years of OPD evidence tampering.
As the number of officers involved expands, so did the number of corrupted criminal prosecutions. The DA's, the Police, and especially the Superior Court Judges, did not want hundred of cases re-tried in their court system, or large number of DA's and Police Officers arrested, and prosecuted, for obstructing justice, and.....

4. .....that one of the motive for the evidence tampering cover up, was the Oceanside Police and Fire fighters Unions, involvement in a criminal conspiracy to manipulate a recall election to expand their pay and befits. An election fraud protected from investigation and prosecution by the OPD, and the San Diego DA's Office. An Election Fraud verified by the California State Fair Political Practices Commission, that defrauded more than 170,000 citizens of more than $5 Million dollars, and.....

In the last half of 2009 and the first quarter of 2010, all of the local TV and Newspaper sources, are full of reporting on the Officer Damon Smith evidence tampering, the Officer Jon Domonique evidence tampering, and the DDA Daniel Rodriguez suspension for evidence tampering in criminal prosecutions, in the North County Court System. All occurring with DA Dumanis's press release statements that there will be no arrest and prosecutions.
Judge Enright is given hard evidence, that large numbers of District Attorneys, and Police Officers, are conspiring to hide, manipulate, and destroy evidence in his court, and other Superior court trials. Corruption involving two, out of three parts, of the criminal justice system, while citizens constutional legal protections, are criminally corrupted, and....

THE PUBLIC UNION ELECTION MONEY CORRUPTION GOES EVERWHERE - INCLUDING SUPERIOR COURT JUDGES
The motives for Judge Enright, Judge Pressman, and even Judge Maino were not simply to avoid large numbers of re-trials on corrupted cases, or to avoid the prosecution of large number of DA Prosecutors, Oceanside Police Officers, and County Sheriffs. The motives were also personal and financial.
The cover up motives included Judges on going, and future re-elections campaigns, as Superior Court Judges, and the all important endorsements from DA Unions, Police Union, Firefighter Unions, and even private unions. The same unions, many of which were directly involved in the Oceanside Police and Firefighter Election Fraud conspiracy, at the same time the Judges ran for re-election, and covered up the evidence tampering crimes, and Police and Firefighter election fraud.
League Of Women Voters public record documents recently obtained disclosed an extensive list of Judge Enright's 2010 re-election supporters, and co-conspirators. Judge Enright's re-election disclosure list of 130 SUPPORTERS, and KEY ENDORSEMENTS was a real eye opener. More than ninety eight percent (98%) of those supporters and endorsements are District Attorney, Police, Sheriff, and Firefighter Public Unions, and other Superior Court Judges. The other two (2%) include individuals like DA Bonnie Dumanis, Sheriff Bill Kolender, and Private Union San Diego-Imperial Counties Central Labor Council.
If Judge Enright, or any other Superior Court Judge started investigating, and prosecuting, large numbers of Police Officers, Sheriffs, and District Attorneys, for Conspiracy to Obstruct Justice, Evidence Tampering, Election Fraud, etc., 98% of their political support would disappear like smoke in a high wind. Not only would the Judge's public union support disappear, that former support would become major opponents to any future re-elections of the Judges. The DDA, DA Investigator, Police, and Sheriff Union groups, including DA Bonnie Dumanis, that openly support Judge Kevin Enright, and other Superior Court Judges, as the Judges actively used their positions to cover up the felony crimes, of the same DDAs, Cops, Sheriffs, Firefighters, ect. Just like Judge Runston Maino, and Judge Noel Pressman.
The 2009 - 2010 Oceanside Police and Firefighter Election Fraud Conspiracy, to expand pay and benefits, was a major threat to Judge Enright, and any other Judges that interfered with a first responder union election fraud. Even the private unions, that are supporters of Judge Enright, were directly involved in financing the Oceanside Police and Firefighter Election Fraud. That union was the San Diego-Imperial Counties Labor Council, better know as the AFLCIO, which is also a listed supporter of Judge Enright in 2010 during the on going election fraud, and Judge Enright's, and Judge Pressman's run for re-election.
The really scary part, is all of this public union criminal corruption, organized crime, evidence tampering, and it's cover up in our Superior Courts, District Attorney Offices, and Law Enforcement Departments, is not limited to San Diego County, California.
