FBI AGENTS RUNNING SCARED AS THE BUREAU'S FIVE (5) YEAR PUBLIC CORRUPTION COVER UP CONSPIRACY EXPANDS AGAIN, AND DIRTY CALIFORNIA SUPERIOR COURT JUDGES ARE DIRECTLY LINKED TO THE FBI PROTECTED DIRTY SAN DIEGO DA'S & DIRTY OCEANSIDE COP'S
ALL REQUEST FOR INTERVIEW IGNORED !!
The FBI's five (5) year conspiracy, to cover up public corruption crimes by Cops, DA's, and Elected Officials, in San Diego County, CA. has hit another SNAG. The SNAG, or SNAG'S more accurately stated, is three Superior Court Judge co-conspirators, directly linked to the wide spread evidence tampering, and the election fraud, that the FBI was desperately trying to bury for five years. The ever expanding corruption is leaving the local FBI with red faces, and extreme frustration, as Agents scrambled to obscure the FBI's criminal involvement in the cover up. While local cops, DA's, and now Judges, run a-muck leaving evidence everywhere. GTI News's regularly hand delivery of the documentation to the FBI's doorstep, and recording the filings on audio to verify the FBI's knowledge of the corruption, only adds to the frustration of the Agents. All of which links multiple FBI Agents to the on going cover up of the underlying crimes of the Judges. GTI's News's continuing hand delivery of the documentation to the San Diego FBI offices also generated new obstructions from the FBI, and added new names of Agents, to a growing list of FBI co-conspirators.

DIRTY JUDGES EXPAND DA AND COP CONSPIRACIES, EXPOSING MORE FBI CORRUPTION
JUDGE MAINO - JUDGE ENRIGHT - JUDGE PRESSMAN
In mid 2013 GTI's investigation of Public Corruption involving the San Diego DA's Office, and the Oceanside Police Department was continuing, WITH FULL BLOWN OBSTRUCTION FROM THE FBI. The investigation disclosed more court documents, and election records, that directly linked three San Diego Superior Court Judges (Maino, Enright, & Pressman) to knowledge of and participation in many of the crimes, and the cover up, of twelve years of Oceanside Police, and San Diego DA evidence tampering, in the North County Superior Courts. The documents also linked the Judges ongoing re-election campaigns, to the same dirty public and private unions that were financing the Oceanside Police and Firefighter election fraud conspiracy in 2009 and 2010. All while the Judges actively protected the Oceanside Police evidence tampering, and election fraud from investigation. An election fraud that was verified by the California FPPC in early 2010.

JUDGES, DA'S, & POLICE CONSPIRE TO COVER UP CRIMES OF OTHER COPS & DA'S
SUPERIOR COURT JUDGES KNEW ABOUT THE OCEANSIDE POLICE - DA EVIDENCE TAMPERING AND ELECTION FRAUD & CONSPIRED TO COVER IT UP TO PROTECT THEIR RE-ELECTION TO THE SUPERIOR COURTS
This is the same Oceanside Police and Firefighter election fraud conspiracy that was first reported to the FBI in September of 2009, and continually updated with documents through out 2010, while the FBI and it's agents obstructed justice and protected the election fraud from investigation. All of the criminals were cops, firefighters, and DA's. To this date there has been no evidence of investigations, no arrest, and no prosecutions, and the citizens of Oceanside were criminally defrauded of more than five million dollars, by their police officers, firefighters, DA's, and City Council Members.
The Judges were also involved in the Oceanside Officer Damon Smith evidence tampering in the Superior Courts, and it's cover up by Oceanside Police and the San Diego DA's Office. A public union cover up that was also first reported to the San Diego FBI (Agent Aguirre), with public record evidence, in September 2009. Officer Smith's eight years of recording criminal investigations, and hiding the audio evidence in arrest and prosecution was discovered in a North County Superior Court trial in March of 2009, while Officer Smith was on the stand under oath. Even worse the Judges and the FBI knew Smith was not the only officer involved. The presiding Judge knew Officer Smith had committed dozens, if not hundreds of felony crimes, and everything was buried to protect careers, and union election fraud. Nine months later, with DA Dumanis's very self serving protection, Officer Smith was still working the streets as an Oceanside cop, fully protected from arrest and prosecution by the OPD and, and the DA's Internal Affairs Office.
Presiding Judge Enright and Supervising Judge Pressman where provided with full documentation on Officer Smith's eight years of evidence tampering, in their Superior Court rooms, and it's cover up by local Police and DA's. The same documentation was repeatedly given to multiple FBI agents in the San Diego and Carlsbad, CA. offices, where it was quickly buried by the FBI. All follow ups with FBI Agents were obstructed, and there was never any evidence of investigation, or arrest.
The court records show that in March of 2010 Judge Runston Maino was actively involved in at least two other on going criminal evidence tampering cases, and police corruption cover up conspiracies. Both cases involving multiple Oceanside Police Officers, and Deputy DA's. Both of which the FBI, and it's agents knew about, from early 2010, and took no action. The FBI and it's agents were also fully aware of other ongoing Oceanside Police and DA evidence tampering conspiracies, involving the Chief of Police of Oceanside, and a DA Dumanis evidence tampering conspiracy directly connected to criminal manipulation of the the Superior Courts, to avoid civil liability for Civil Rights violations. There has never been any evidence of FBI investigation, arrest, or prosecutions.
At least four of the Police-DA evidence tampering conspiracies involved the jailing and prosecution of innocent people, while the police and DA's hid the evidence that would clear them, and then conspired to cover up the crimes, when the false prosecutions fell apart. Even when the FBI became aware of the false prosecutions involving the Superior Courts, and this reporter directly communicated that information to senior Agent's, including Scott Gicking, nothing was done. Victims even tried to contacted Agent Gicking, to file civil rights complaints, and Agent Gicking reportedly would not even return their calls. Follow up contact messages from this reporter to Gicking, and other FBI Agents, were never returned, as usual.
WHAT THIS REPORTER DOES NOT KNOW YET, IS HOW MUCH THE FBI KNEW ABOUT THE INVOLVEMENT OF SUPERIOR COURT JUDGES, WHEN THEY OBSTRUCTED COMPLAINTS AND INVESTIGATIONS, INTO THE UNDER LYING POLICE AND DA EVIDENCE TAMPERING CRIMES? HOW MANY OTHER JUDGES ARE INVOLVED IN THE OTHER CASES, INVOLVING OTHER DA AND POLICE EVIDENCE TAMPERING, AND ELECTION FRAUD COVER UP ?
FBI RUNNING SCARED AS 5 YEAR COVER UP CONTINUES TO FALL APART
On 10-30-13 at 1048am, this reporter took the Judge conspiracy evidence documentation, and election records to the Carlsbad, CA. FBI Office, as this reporter had done on many previous occasions, with audio recorder in hand. This reporter advised the reception, sitting behind bullet proof glass, that this reporter had documentation on three Judges conspiring with Oceanside Police and San Diego DA's evidence tampering in the Superior Courts, with the involvement of FBI Agents. The receptionist would not provide a name. This reporter advised the receptionist I wanted to see either Agent Andrew Masters, Agent Drew Bedell, Agent Scott Gickings, or the Duty Agent if they were not available. The receptionist left the bullet proof window, and this reporter could faintly hear a discussion down the hall, through the window regarding the request to speak with an Agent. A few minutes pasted and the receptionist returned, and stated that no agent was available to meet with this reporter, nor did she know when an agent would be available. The FBI is told in plain language that Agents are involved in felony public corruption crimes, and no one want to talk with this reporter. The evidence documentation was left with the receptionist, with a request to be contact when an agent was available. That requested contact never came.
The evidence documents were also hand carried to Oceanside Police Investigations division Captain Bechler, The San Diego DA's Office, and the San Diego Attorney Generals Office. OPD Investigations Capt. Bechler quickly buried the documents and refused to investigate. There has been no response from the San Diego DA's Office, or the San Diego Attorney General's Office as of the date of this article. All follow ups requesting contact, have produced no response.
On a previous contact with Agent Drew Bedell, at the Carlsbad FBI Office, this reporter was reporting a threatening phone call from a New York FBI Agent, to GTI News. A man calling from the FBI office, refusing to give his name, stated this reporter need to stop investigating, and stop reporting, on FBI corruption. This reporter was then threatened by Agent Bedell with arrest, if a recording device was used during the reporting process. Agent Bedell had been recorded on precious occasions, when this reporter dropped off public record evidence on police and DA corruption, and Bedell obviously did not want more evidence of his involvement in the cover up. There has never been any follow up on that complaint.
With no response from the Carlsbad FBI Office, on 11-1-13 this reporter contacted the San Diego FBI Office, leaving a message for Media contact Agent Darell Foxworth. GTI News was requesting contact with Supervising Agent In Charge (SAC) Daphne Hearn for comment regarding "FBI Agents conspiring to cover up public corruption", and confirmation on the receipt of the Judge public corruption documents left at the Carlsbad Office. On 11-22-13, with no response, new messages were left for Agent Foxworth, and for Agent Masters at the Carlsbad Office, again requesting contact with SAC Hearn, and confirmation on receipt of the the Judge Public Corruption documentation, left in October. When no response was received, similar phone messages were left in December and January, again with no response, which has been the standard pattern with FBI Agents for the past four years.
On March 4, at 3:00pm, this reporter again contacted the SD FBI office, requesting contact with SAC Hearn, regarding FBI Agents obstructing justice in public corruption investigations. This reporter was then connected to Media contact Agent Foxworth. Foxworth then spent more than 30 minutes trying to convince this reporter to go away, and call anybody except the FBI. Foxworth did not want to hear specifics on Agent corruption, and he did not want documentation on the corruption.
Numerous additional request for contact with SAC Hearn where ignored, as Foxworth repeatedly tried to end the conversation. Foxworth stated he knew nothing about the Superior Court Judge corruption documents delivered to the Carlsbad Office, and was not interested in receiving additional copies. It is not the first time that Agent Foxworth has obstructed the filing of public corruption documentation, when contacted by this reporter.
After 20 minutes of pushing with legal notifications of possible Agent arrest, Foxworth reluctantly agreed to provide and e-mail address for this reporter to send Foxworth web page links to the GTI articles, and public record evidence documents, on the three corrupt Superior Court Judges. GTI requested Foxworth send a quick reply to confirm receipt. No reply was received. Multiple follow up e-mails were sent, and phone call messages left for Foxworth, requesting confirmation on receipt of the public corruption documentation, however there has been no reply as of the date of this article.
On 3-13-14 this reporter again contacted the SD FBI Office requesting contact with SAC Hearn, regarding FBI Agent Public Corruption. This reporter was connected to Duty Agent Horner. Horner requested details on the corruption. This reporter provided more than 20 minutes of details, dates, crimes, and Agent names. Horner was advised that all documentation, and evidence files, had been systematically delivered to FBI Agents, and never heard of again, as multiple Agents assured this reporter that everything necessary was being done, and this reporter should just wait until they made contact.
Lower level FBI Agents do not want reports of Agent corruption to be given directly to their supervisors, like SAC Hearn. The same pattern of obstruction was observed by GTI News for more than two years, when Hearn's predecessor SAC Slotter was in charge. It is hard to believe that the Supervising Agents In Charge (SAC) do not know what is going on, as they actively use the fortress construction of FBI Offices to enforce the policy, and keep public complaints out.
FBI COVER UP PLAY BOOK
The methodology of the FBI public corruption cover up has been very consistent over the past five years. Once they find out citizen complaints involve law enforcement officers and public agencies, the FBI Agents loose interest in the conversation, and they suggest victims call anybody except the FBI. FBI agents do not want citizens to know who they are talking to. Many Agents simply refuse to give their name. Agents do not want to meet with citizens to receive criminal complaints involving law enforcement, or FBI Agents. FBI offices are designed to keep citizens out if the do not have an appointment, and the FBI does not give appointments to people reporting law enforcement public corruption.
At best FBI Agents will tell victims to mail documentation, and complaints on law enforcement public corruption, to the FBI office, knowing that most will not. If complaints are sent, the citizen will never hear anything about the complaint. If a citizens does follow up, they will always be told the FBI does not comment on investigations, which is the perfect cover up for, no investigations of law enforcement union public corruption. If victims are persistent in demanding info, the FBI will not hesitate to use there position of authority in an attempt to intimidate citizens to go away, keep quiet, and not come back.
In 2009 and 2010 this reporter made more than 80 contacts, and attempts to communicate with FBI Agents, District Attorney's, State and National Attorney Generals, and local and State Law Enforcement Officers, about the wide spread public corruption. The ultimate goal of the FBI, like all of the agencies contacted, was to prevent the placement of verifiable documentation, on the notification of public agencies, regarding law enforcement public corruption.
