DISTRICT ATTORNEY BONNIE DUMANIS PUBLIC CORRUPTION COVER UP MUST HAVE BEEN BAD KARMA- PART III
In 2009 and 2010 Oceanside Officer Damon Smith was not the only Oceanside Officer or Deputy District Attorney tampering with audio tape evidence, and being protected from investigation and prosecution, by DA Dumanis, the DA's Office, the Oceanside Police Department, and others. They already knew who OPD Officer Jon Domonique was, and that Domonique's audio tape evidence tampering was directly connected to another Deputy District Attorney named Daniel Rodriguez. DDA Rodriguez was also tampering with audio tape evidence in a criminal prosecution from Vista, CA. involving the County Sheriff's Department. Rodriguez was also being actively protected from arrest and prosecution to obstruct the Sommer $20 Million Dollar litigation against the DA's office. The DDA Marugg conspiracy to obstruct justice, and suppress criminal investigations, was also active in the DA's office in 2010. During the same time period, the Oceanside Chief Of Police Frank McCoy, was criminally conspiring with senior police officers to tamper with, and suppress audio tape evidence, in the Oceanside PD cover up and obstruction of the Sgt. David Larson DUI investigation.
A corrupt DA and Dirty Cops caught throught a series of really stupid decidions, and accidental releases of evidence that was never suppost to see the light of day.
CAUGHT BY CRIMINAL "ACCIDENTS" THE DA'S AND COPS NEVER EXPECTED
Criminal conspiracies, by public law enforcement agencies, are very different from the usual private group conspiracies, and extremely difficult to expose. All criminal conspiracies are designed, and intended to be secret, and they always involve various forms of personal and financial benefit. However, when the primary investigators of criminal conspiracies, are in fact the criminal conspirators, all legal protections of citizens are simply canceled.
When the "Blue Wall" is activated to protect the public agencies image, it's access to financial resources, and the involved "BLUE WALL" conspirators, all public safety checks and balances simply vanish. Public Agency, and union financial protections, are not limited to straight forward individual criminal conduct. They come in many shapes, such as fighting off a $20 Million Dollar lawsuit against DA Dumanis and DDA Gunn for evidence tampering in the Cynthia Sommer murder prosecution, or the Officer Garcia civil suit against the City Of Oceanside and it's police department, that jeopardizes tax dollar resources, that public agencies and their public unions have planed for other political or union uses.

DA DUMANIS $20 MILLION DOLLAR EVIDENCE TAMPERING CONSPIRACY IN SOMMER MURDER PROSECUTION LINKED TO ELECTION FRAUD PROTECTION
OCEANSIDE'S CHIEF DIRTY COP FRANK McCOY, CONSPIRES WITH SENIOR COPS, TO DESTROY EVIDENCE OF POLICE PUBLIC CORRUPTION, AGAIN !
Public agency conspiracies do not unravel by design, or intent, as they are protected from the inside by the law enforcement investigators. They only unravel through "accidents or mistakes", and those accidents may not occur for months, years, or ever. Most law enforcement criminal conspiracies to obstruct justice are successful, and are never heard from again.
MISTAKES & ACCIDENTS
(1) The 2009 Officer Damon Smith court room testimony under oath, about eight years of evidence tampering by Oceanside Police Officers, was not planned by the police and district attorneys. It was not intended to occur. It was a criminal "accident" of events in a court room, under oath, that could not be legally put back in the bottle by the DA's legal powers, so they conspired to do it ilegally.
(2) The 2009 and 2010 Officer Domonique, and DDA Rodriguez audio tape evidence tampering, and prosecution of innocent citizens was intended to be covered up by the usual plea bargain, with a terrified victim, before trial started. A plea bargain that could be used to seal the criminal corruption, and hide the audio tape evidence forever. The unintended "accident" was Mr. Shields innocence, and his refusal to accept a plea bargain. The refusal of an innocent man to plead guilty, forced the disclosure of the hidden audio tape evidence. Officer Domonique would have to take the stand, under oath, and explain the missing evidence tape. The non-existent evidence tape suddenly appeared on the first day of trial. Just another "criminal accident", that the police and DA's office did not plan, and could not control.
(3) The Oceanside Police and Firefighter conspiracy to tamper with, and manipulate an election, to expand union pay and benefits was not planned and executed, to be discovered by GTI News. It was the "accidental" review of police and firefighter falsified campaign finance records, that was forced to the surface, by the investigation of an unrelated criminal insurance fraud scheme, operating out of the San Diego District Attorney's office.
(4) The DDA Marugg conspiracy to obstruct justice was completely hidden by the DA's Office from August 2010 until November of 2011. That written blue print for DA criminal conspiracy would have remained hidden, if not for the "accidental" discovery and release of the Attorney Richard Castle conspiracy agreement document in a civil litigation.
(5) The criminal conspiracy to obstruct justice by multiple senior Oceanside Police Officers in August of 2010 was also buried, and hidden by law enforcement for almost eighteen months. It was just another "accident" that corrupt cops and DA's could not predict, or prevent. An honest cop that would not go along with the corruption, and would not destroy the audio tape evidence, or suppress the criminal investigation of another cop.
All of this public corruption is just the tip of a very dirty, and very large, public corruption iceberg in the San Diego District Attorneys Office, and it is not limited to just the DA's office, San Diego County, or just California. The very few views, that the public is allowed to see, are just the uncontrollable "accidents". Most of the public corruption, by DA's, Police Officers, Firefighters, their unions, and the public officials they control have been successfully hidden, without "ACCIDENTS". It is not know how many innocent people are in prison for crimes they did not commit. People that were sacrificed by DA Dumanis, and the District Attorney's Office to protect the status quo of the public unions corruption and it's cover up.
