The City of Oceanside, and the County of San Diego Law Enforcement Public Union corruption started the investigations that lead to the exposure of coordinated State and National Union Public Corruption Organized Crime, and its cover up.
All linked to wide spread Attorney Corruption, tax dollar paid BRIBERY at all levels, local, State, and National Election Fraud, and Obstruction of Justice in all directions.
The public corruption organized crime, meets all legal definitions of racketeering, & DOMESTIC TERRORISM. It is protect by organized threats, false arrest & false prosecutions of innocent citizens, & the criminal manipulation of the civil and criminal courts at all levels. All while evidence of innocence is hidden, destroyed, falsified, and even manufactured as needed.
The purpose of the law enforcement union organized crime with Elected Officials, mostly Democrat, and its cover up, is to protect a false public image. That false image is then used to access, and illegally control tax dollar resources to finance elected officials that expand the Unions income, and retirement benefits in return.
The local system of public union criminal corruption, that kick started 15 years of investigations by this reporter, includes the Oceanside, Ca. Police Department, and Fire Department, the City Council, the San Diego County District Attorneys Office, the Superior Court System, local FBI/DOJ offices, other sister Public Agencies, and numerous Elected Officials, mostly Democrat.
The union public corruption election fraud conspiracies have been growing for decades, and they are not limited to San Diego County, CA. They all have direct local and national News Media criminal involvement, and protection, in exchange for cash payments in the billions, to Media advertising departments during election cycles. Media groups desperate for cash in the new digital world, as Newspaper and Magazine sales decline.
Parts of the public corruption cover up, and union financial control extends directly into the offices of the California Attorney General, the Governor's Office, the California State Bar, the California Judicial Commission, the Department of Insurance, and other local law enforcement agencies. The first responders union public image endorsements, and money even buys protection from the U.S. Congress, and the White House. The vast majority of the corrupt elected officials identified in investigations are Democrats, however, many Republicans are also involved. You could even say it's bi-partisan public corruption for money, A LOT OF MONEY.
THE NEWS MEDIA GREED
The unions huge political campaign financing, and its associated election campaign advertising cash flow to the news media advertising departments over rides citizens free press protections, suppresses news investigations, and blocks reporting. Public corruption stories involving large numbers of first responders, district attorneys, and their unions, are avoided by the media, to protect that advertising cash flow, and their reporters news story access to police and DA investigations. The first responder cover up even drives news groups to conspire against, and defraud opposition news groups, based on POLITICAL AGENDAS. All to expand access to Union controlled Public Treasury tax dollars.
Many news organizations, like the Associated Press, and their local newspapers, like the North County Times, were caught directly participating in the first responder Oceanside election fraud conspiracy, and it's cover up, for cash payments. This was done with a motive to support a $1 Billion dollars AP restructuring bankruptcy. Other local and national news groups covered up the union public corruption to protect their own union cash flow resources. Not one major news group was willing to investigate, and report on FIRST RESPONDER UNION/DEMOCRAT ELECTED OFFICIAL corruption.
The media reporting EXCEPTIONS, were clearly politically bias in favor of unions, and Democrat officials. Most major News Groups were very interested in GTI's investigation information on corrupt officials, if they were Republican. However, they carefully avoided reporting on the same, or worse crimes. committed by Democrats, and the public unions.

As GTI's early undercover investigations proceeded, numerous contacts and document drops were made to law enforcement, only to be ignored. It became obvious very quickly that all law enforcement public agencies were in full obstruction mode, to protect fellow officers, district attorneys, Judges, and elected officials, from investigation and arrest.
As a citizen of Oceanside, California, this reporter used his police training to covertly investigate, and set up an extensive public oral, and written system of filing complaints. Complaints with attached public record documentation. This was done to provide verifiable notification of Public Officials, Police Departments, District Attorneys, the FBI, and news media organizations. Complaint filing processes were recorded on digital AUDIO, to provide a public record of who was involved, and what was done, or not done, about citizens complaints involving Public Union and Elected Official Public Corruption.
