OCEANSIDE FIREFIGHTERS AND POLICE ATTEMP TO EXPAND ELECTION FRAUD CONSPIRACY BENEFITS FOR TWO MORE YEARS
The Election Fraud Conspiracy planned, financed, and executed by the Oceanside Police Officers and Firefighter Unions in 2009 is continuing to expand in January of 2012, with continuing public corruption protection. In January of 2012 the Oceanside Firefighters and their union offered to increase their contributions to their retirement, if the city council would approve a two year extension of the existing first responder contracts. This offer is a perfect example of the well know proverb, "BEWARE OF GREEKS BEARING GIFTS", which should be amended to include corrupt Cops and Firemen. The first responders and their unions were attempting to expand benefits that were illegally obtained from a criminal conspiracy to manipulate an election, and the votes of citizens and elected officials in 2009 and 2010.
THE FIRST RESPONDER CRIMINAL HISTORY
In 2009 the City of Oceanside had major debt that was increasing every year as a direct result of a bad economy, and the existing Police and Firefighter union contracts. However, the Oceanside First Responders wanted more money, and some extraordinary benefit improvements. In addition, they did not care if it took criminal election fraud, and the massive cover up of Police and District Attorney evidence tampering, to get the money and benefits.

In 2008 the mounting debt of the city prompted Council Members Kern and Feller to oppose the hiring of two new firefighters, and to suggest the privatization of parts of the fire department to save money. The threat of staff reductions and job out sourcing to private companies threatened the police and fire unions financial control over the local politics, and their future income. Those suggestion were the primary triggers for the Election Fraud Conspiracy. The conspiracy was to manipulate an election and the voting of the city council in the favor of union contracts. Some of those goals were to increased pay checks, and increased retirement benefits. The major goal was to remove the control of firefighter staffing from the hands of the citizens and elected officials, and place that staffing control in the hands of the firefighters as part of the new contract. The election fraud conspiracy was successful with the election of first responder controlled swing vote CM Charles Lowery. Mayor Jim Wood, Deputy Mayor Esther Sanchez, and Lowery quickly approved the new union contract, and citizen staffing controls of first responders, was promptly signed over to the fire department, by the illegally restructured city council. No matter how bad the city's debt became, no first responders could be laid off, or out sourced, and their pay would increase.
The first responder election fraud conspiracy was protected locally from investigation and prosecution by the Oceanside Police and the San Diego District Attorney's Office to keep the lid on massive police and DA evidence tampering in criminal prosecutions.

The California Attorney Generals Office joined the criminal conspiracy protection for the same reasons the Oceanside police and firefighters set up the election fraud in the first place. The protection of union money, and the elected officials the money controlled. The same unions that were financing the Oceanside Police and Fire Election Fraud were also financing the election campaigns of AG Jerry Brown for Governor, and Kamala Harris for Attorney General. The AFLCIO, United Here, and the Police and Firefighter unions are the largest block of campaign financing for both candidates. Criminal investigations of large numbers of Police, Firefighters, and District Attorneys in the middle of major election campaigns would terminate union financing, and would be political suicide.

Even the so called "Free Press News Media" jumped on the union money band wagon. The union money is flowing into the advertising departments of news organizations nation wide. Investigation and reporting on first responder and union public corruption is avoided where ever possible.

THE FIREFIGHTER "BEWARE OF GREEKS BEARING GIFTS" OFFER
The Firefighter Union's offering to pay more toward their retirement, in exchange for a two year extension of the existing contracts is like putting a "Trojan Horse Virus" in the bank account of every citizens in Oceanside. City sources stated that there would be some initial saving to citizens with a reduced city contribution to retirement benefits, but there would also be an increase in future retirement benefits under the proposed plan.
However, the real reason for the firefighter proposal was not to help citizens in a time of need. It was to protect, and extend, the firefighters control over their own staffing levels. The existing union contracts, criminally obtained by criminal election fraud in 2010, took away the citizens, and city councils legal rights to control their budget by laying off first responders, or out sourcing first responder services to lower cost competitors. The first responder union contracts are up for renewal in June of 2012, and they no longer financially controled by council members. CM Lowery was removed by voters six months after his election as citizens recognized the public corruption of the first responder election fraud.
The election fraud and that new union contract has increased the short and long term debt of Oceanside citizens by more than $2 million dollars in special election cost, and increased pay and benefits to the police and fire departments and their union. Since September of 2010 the city council has been frantically tapping into city reserves, searching to find new city fees, and increasing old fees, to cover just part of the cost of the Police and Fire Fighter Election Fraud Conspiracy, and the public corruption cover up continues at all levels.

After June 2012, the current council is not likely to leave first responder staffing control in the hands of the Firefighters and Police, and the economy is still in decline. The first responders real fear is that after June of 2012, with no money in the public treasury, and increasing debt, that lay offs and outsourcing of union jobs will reduce their financial control over local politics, and greedy council members like Mayor Wood and Deputy Mayor Esther Sanchez.
The firefighters, police officers, their public union, and the private unions are already gearing up for the 2012 elections, and criminal election fraud is likely based on past conduct, and the continuing public corruption protection system that exist in California. The union money public corruption is everywhere, and it is expanding with full protection from union member Police Officers, and District Attorneys. Even Attorney General Kamala Harris, and Governor Jerry Brown are on the union public corruption money band wagon.
If past contract negotiation tactics are an indication of the future, then the June 2012 union negotiations will be tied up until after the November 2012 elections in the hope that the Police and Firefighters can once again purchase a third city council seat and it vote.
